Backing people. Backing business.

Employee benefits make a difference to millions of working people every day, helping them make their money go further, stay healthy, build financial security and get more from work.

UKEBA brings the sector together to champion the value of workplace benefits and support a healthier, more financially secure and productive workforce.

What UKEBA is

The UK Employee Benefits Alliance (UKEBA) is the collective voice of the UK employee benefits sector. Its members work with more than 100,000 employers and provide workplace benefits to over 20 million employees across the UK.

Why employee benefits matter

Workplace benefits are practical tools that help people make their money go further, protect their health and financial wellbeing and plan for the future.

From long-term savings and financial protection to health and wellbeing, sustainable travel, discounts and rewards, they provide support that can make a meaningful difference to working lives.

Our vision

Our vision is for workplace benefits to be recognised as an important part of a healthy, financially secure and productive workforce.

Benefits that work

Workplace benefits are practical tools that help money go further, protect workers’ health, finances and wellbeing, and plan for the future. They provide support that can make a meaningful difference to working lives.

Making people’s money go further

Discounts, savings and reward platforms, non-cash support and mobility schemes can help employees reduce everyday costs and build greater financial resilience.

Supporting healthier, more productive working lives

Health, wellbeing, protection and mobility benefits can help people remain healthy, engaged and able to participate in work.

Supporting growth and investment across the UK

A productive economy depends on people being healthy, financially secure and able to remain in work. Workplace benefits can help employers attract and retain talent, support their workforce and invest with confidence.

UKEBA is calling on Government to give the Future of Work Minister responsibility for workplace benefits, reward and wellbeing, providing clear political ownership of how support accessed through work can improve financial resilience, workforce participation and productivity.

We are also calling for workplace benefits that help make work pay to be protected from unintended consequences, with future reform based on evidence and meaningful consultation, and for a structured dialogue with the sector on how new or expanded benefits can help deliver wider economic and social priorities.
